PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT trough ART
GROUP ACTIVITY in STUDIO

*This activity can be done in French or in English
* No arts skills are required to participate in this activity
Using Art as a tool for personal development, we are going to do several art exercises to be more aware of the aspects of our life that need more attention in order to potentiate self expression and remove blocks that can be limiting who we are.
9:30 to 10:00 Introduction
10:00 to 11:00 drawing exercises with music
11:00 to 11:15 coffee/tea break
11:15 to 12:30 Main exercise – painting on canvas
12:30 to 13:00 Conclusion observations
The activity includes an individual follow up videocall
At the end of the activity you will be able to take home all the art that you will create during the session.
